Yelp Reviews for Mean Steam Carpet Clean in Herriman Utah

I spoke with Erik, one of the owners, when I was addressing the horrible service I received. When I mentioned the Yelp reviews I had read, he immediately said "Oh, the complainer forum" as if that should somehow discredit the reviews. Several of the reviews I read on there were pretty much my experience exactly. The only reviews you can't trust are the good ones. Like this one:

This same John guy from Herriman(same city as the registered principals and also a name that Erik told me was an actual employee) posted this review for Mean Steam Carpet Clean

Interestingly enough, the same guy posted a review for Supreme Cleaning & Restoration:

Do you think he really hired both company's and was so pleased that he just had to go post a review on Yelp? Check out some of the other reviews and decide for yourself. This customer had a similar experience to mine, only they chose not to go for their overpriced rip off!

Now here is an interesting one. She mentions Erik bringing her a check after a having a bad experience. She left a 5 star review??? Sounds like she was paid to rewrite her review:

This review was posted for Mean Steam Carpet Clean. Erik claims the two company's are in no way the same company, yet he is the one promising a check and delivering it to this customer after her complaint. Hmmm.
